Event terms and conditions

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be returned for any reason.

Should you have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, you can transfer the ticket into another name, providing us with full details of who is no longer attending and the new attendee’s name, email address and phone number.

These events are outside of our normal operating hours and subject to the conditions of our special licence.

Restricted to 18 and over unless minors are accompanied by a parent.
